Cancellation Policy (Campaign-specific)

The ₹4,999 entry fee confirms participation and is non-refundable. You may request an entry transfer (to another person) before the draw subject to Socialverge’s approval. If Socialverge cancels the Campaign, it will notify participants and may, at its discretion, offer alternatives.

1. Non-Refundable Entry Fee

  • The ₹4,999 entry fee is non-refundable. Payment confirms your participation and eligibility for the Campaign rewards.

2. Withdrawal by Participant

  • Once payment is processed, entries cannot be cancelled for a refund.
  • If you wish to transfer your paid entry to another eligible person or business prior to the draw, email team@innuz.in with the request and the transferee’s details. Transfers must be approved by Socialverge in writing and completed prior to the draw; approval is at Socialverge’s sole discretion.

3. Disqualification

  • If a participant is disqualified for fraud, misrepresentation, breach of the Terms, or non-eligibility, the entry will be void and there will be no refund.

4. Campaign Cancellation by Socialverge

  • If Socialverge cancels the Campaign for any reason, Socialverge will notify registered participants. Socialverge may, at its discretion, offer one or more of the following (at Socialverge’s sole discretion):
    • a) Reschedule the Campaign, or
    • b) Offer alternative promotional credit, or
    • c) Issue a refund (note: refunds will not be the default outcome).
  • Any refund decision remains at Socialverge’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

5. How to Request Transfer or Raise a Cancellation/Refund Query

  • Provide: full name, phone, email used for registration, transaction reference, and clearly state your request (transfer / cancellation query).

6. Legal Rights

This Cancellation Policy does not affect your statutory rights where they cannot be excluded by law.
