Terms & Conditions (Socialverge Lucky Draw)

1. Agreement & Effective Date

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Socialverge Lucky Draw Campaign. Effective date: 9 October 2025. By registering and paying the entry fee you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals and businesses legally able to enter into agreements. You must be at least 18 years old.
• Employees of Socialverge, their immediate families, and persons connected with the Campaign are not eligible.
• Campaign may be void where prohibited by law.

3. Registration & Entry Fee

• Entry requires completion of the registration form and payment of ₹4,999. Only valid paid registrations are accepted.
• The Campaign accepts 10 participants. The draw will be conducted once 10 paid entries are confirmed.
• The entry fee is non-refundable except as required by applicable law (see Cancellation Policy).

4. Draw Mechanics & Announcement

• After ten valid paid registrations, the draw date and time will be announced via WhatsApp or email. The draw will be conducted live on platforms announced by Socialverge.
• The draw is random. Socialverge’s decision on eligibility, interpretation, and winner selection is final.

5. Prizes & What Winners Receive

Prizes:

• Top 1 winner: Web + Mobile Application (Free)
• Next 2 winners: Web + Mobile Application for ₹60,000 each
• Next 3 winners: Web + Mobile Application for ₹80,000 each
• Next 4 winners: Web + Mobile Application for ₹1,00,000 each

Included: 100% custom development (no AI code), one mobile app and web app, and 3 months free cloud hosting.

Excluded: Third-party APIs, domain registration, and post-3-month hosting are the winner’s responsibility.

SaaS note: Only one mobile app (for one user type) is included; others will be web versions.

6. Winner Notification & Acceptance

• Winners will be notified by WhatsApp/email and must confirm within 14 days.
• If no confirmation is received, Socialverge may select the next eligible participant or treat the prize as forfeited.
• Project development begins only after winner confirmation and, where applicable, payment receipt.

7. Payment Terms (for paid winners)

• Discounted prize winners must pay the stated amount (₹60,000 / ₹80,000 / ₹1,00,000) as per invoice.
• Work commences only after the agreed advance payment.

8. Intellectual Property

Socialverge retains ownership of all pre-existing code, libraries, and components. On completion and payment, winners receive rights to use their application for business purposes.

9. Warranty & Support

• 30-day bug-fix warranty after delivery.
• Free cloud hosting for 3 months; future hosting and maintenance are the winner’s responsibility.

10. Publicity

Participants agree that Socialverge may use their name, business, and project details for promotional purposes unless opted out.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties except those expressly mentioned.
• Socialverge’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for entry and related services.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Socialverge harmless against any claims arising from your use or breach of these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

Socialverge will not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

14. Modifications & Cancellation

Socialverge may modify or cancel the Campaign at its discretion. If cancelled before the draw, participants will be notified. Entry fee refunds, if any, are governed by the Cancellation Policy.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

16. Acceptance

By submitting registration and payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation Policy.
